Lord of Tofu is the only BIOLAND certified tofu factory, we only use soy from BIOLAND organic farming (primarily from Southern Germany). The seven Bioland principles are the guiding principle and are ideal for the agriculture of the future. By adding Kombucha to the hot soy milk, we have soy protein! The tofu gets an extraordinary unique taste and texture! Unlike conventional Tofu, which only sticks together with divine calcium (= gypsum), here a real coagulation takes place. Kombucha is a fermented and durable tea drink of Asian origin. Its acids have a detoxifying, anti-carcinogenic effect and helps the digestive system. Soy naturally lowers cholesterol and provides high quality plant proteins. The miraculous combination of soy and Kombucha give tofu a special nutty taste.

Pre-cooked, ready to be heated on the grill or in a non-stick pan.

Store in a refrigerator (Θ<=7C). After opening, consumption in 3-5 days.
