Epsom salts are an inorganic compound consisting of magnesium and sulphate, and are named after a saline spring in Epsom, Surrey, England.
Magnesium as well as sulphate are highly absorbable by the skin, which makes their health benefits readily accessible. Over 325 different enzymes on the body are regulated by magnesium, which also has a positive effect on thereduces inflammation, relieves hardening of the arteries and improves muscle and nerve function. 
Their important function is in the elimination of toxins.

- Epsom salts cleanse the liver, the large intestine and also the small intestine. This detoxification is useful for those who have malabsorption, chronic congestion in the kidneys and bladder.

- In the bath: dissolve 300g - 600g in a full bathtub.
- In case of skin irritation, discontinue use.

After opening, close tightly and store in a cool & dry place.
